Each pack contains 90 capsules. At the recommended dose of one capsule per day, a single pack provides a full 90-day supply - roughly three months.

Daily use
Take one capsule per day with a meal - breakfast, lunch or dinner - and a full glass of water (at least 200 ml). Swallow the capsule whole; do not open or crush it. Do not exceed one capsule in any 24-hour period.
Simply continue the following day with your usual single capsule. Do not take two capsules to make up for a missed dose.

After you submit your name and phone number in the order form, our team will call you to confirm your order and delivery address. You pay cash or by card to the courier when your parcel arrives - no online prepayment is ever required.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of the confirmation call. Standard delivery across New Zealand typically takes 2-4 business days. Rural and remote addresses may require an additional 1-2 days. See our Delivery page for more detail.
Yes. You may cancel your order at no cost at any point before dispatch - simply let our team know during the confirmation call, or contact us by email or phone afterwards. If you don't wish to accept the parcel on delivery, you may refuse it and the order will be cancelled.
