These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase of Caline Formula from Noriel Enrique Rodriguez Rojas ("we", "us"), a company registered in New Zealand Sole trader (individual), with its registered office at Calle Bélgica 21, Panamá, Panama.

1. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or that infringes the rights of any person. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website if these terms are breached.

2. Ordering and sale

To place an order, submit your name and phone number in the order form. Your submission is a request to purchase - a contract is formed only when our team calls to confirm the order and you agree to proceed. You may decline or cancel at any point during or after the confirmation call and before dispatch at no cost. Prices shown on the website are in US dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice; however, the price applicable to your confirmed order will not change after confirmation.

3. Payment

Payment is made in cash or by Visa/Mastercard to the courier at the point of delivery. No prepayment or card details are required online. If you choose not to accept the parcel on delivery, your order will be cancelled and no charge will be made.

4. Disclaimer - food supplement

Caline Formula is a food supplement, not a medicine. Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual nutrient contributions refer to the named nutrients alone, as authorised under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescribed medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website - including text, images, graphics and code - is the property of Noriel Enrique Rodriguez Rojas or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Returns and cancellations

You may cancel your order at no cost before dispatch. You may return unopened product within 14 calendar days of delivery. See our Return Policy for the full process.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the product. Our liability for any direct loss arising from a purchase is limited to the price you paid.

8. Dispute resolution

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
